What's on the Horizon?

" Its the turn of the 20th century, and the machine of moderninity chugs forward into the new century. The automobile will soon replace the horse as a means of transportation. Women's horizons are broadening.They march forward into the workplace, dreaming of more than the safety niche of marriage and motherhood.

Sisters Madeleine, Eve, and Faith Marston are caught in the betwixt and between. Musically gifted and talented, the eccentric family they stem from will bend and shape their lives in ways unforseen.

Madeleine dreams of her own band and performing Vaudville.

Eve, a pianist, is a child prodigy performing with famed orchestras. But, on the cusp of womanhood, the transformation from child prodigy to sucessful adult musician weighs heavily on her shoulders.

Faith, the youngest, intimidated by her older sisters and shy of public performing, struggles between the contolling push of her father and her desire to step away from the limelight.

Three sisters step into the 20th century, struggling against the ruling thumb of their father, the drug addiction of their mother, and the shameful secret that haunts their beloved aunt.
